Booking policy

Our booking policy is designed to avoid misunderstandings and problems related to reservations. Please be sure to read. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
After confirming, please use the "BOOKING" button at the bottom of the page to make a booking.

We are a small restaurant with 16 seats.
Maximum number of reservations is 6 people.
Reservations are accepted from a minimum of $65 per person.

Please note that there are two seat rotations. Please arrive punctually to avoid disturbing other customers.

Online booking

• Online booking for up to 4 persons.
• After completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please email us.
• Online booking closed 4pm on the same day.
• After 4pm please call 042139730 to check availability.

Bookings for more than 4 persons

• We can accept group booking maximum 6 persons.
• Advance booking essential.

• Set menus only. *Please choose the same set menu for all guests in the same group.
• Please include the following information in your email. [date, time, name, contact number, preferred set menu, dietary restrictions]

Allergies/ Dietary restrictions

• Please make sure to inform us in advance.
• The dishes cannot be changed even if dietary restrictions are declared on the day.
• We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may have to decline your request if it would interfere with the operation of our small kitchen.
• For customers with serious allergies, cross-contamination is inevitable in our small kitchen. Please contact us if you are concerned about this.

Seating

• Seating requests cannot be accepted.
• The main dining space is located on the first floor.
• There are narrow stairs. Please let us know in advance if you have foot issues.
• Priority for seating on the ground floor is given to guests with reduced mobility and children.

Children

• We do not have kids' menu.
• If adults wish to order set menus, children under 14yo can order from the a la carte menu. In this case, please enter in the Notes field.

Cancellation policy

• You will be asked to enter your credit card details at the time of booking ($20 per person).
  This is a guarantee and the deposit will not be debited from your card at the time of your meal.
• Any change in the number of guests will also be treated as a cancellation. If you are booking as a group, be sure to share the cancellation policy with your party.
• Cancellation after 12pm on the day of the booking for any reason will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before open the restaurant will incur a cancellation fee of $20 per person and cancellations made after open the restaurant or without notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. (A la carte $65 per person, Group set 'Kaze'$80 per person, Group set 'Umi' $85, Kiwami set $105 per person)
